Thank you for supporting handcrafted American leather and iron work. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Order Processing Times

In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items ship within three (3) business days of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces require additional time for production. Please allow an additional two (2) weeks for customization.
Custom orders typically ship within 14–17 business days from the date of purchase.

Peak Periods
During holidays or high-volume periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. Shipping time begins once your package leaves our shop.


Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

At this time, we offer standard free economy shipping. If you need an item expidited, contact us for a shipping quote.

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your package ships.


Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free U.S. Shipping on all listed in-stock and custom products.

If a special order requires freight or non-standard shipping arrangements, shipping will be quoted separately prior to processing.


Delivery Time Estimates

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

5–8 business days from the shipment date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping may be available by custom quote only. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss international arrangements.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any visible damage (if applicable)

For damaged items, photos are required to process a claim.

Each case will be reviewed individually. We may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
